place to start with choosing a course of coaching is with
"What do I want it for?”
If
you are in a relationship right now that isn't working and would
like to work out what to do then some intensive coaching over a
short period of time could work well for you. If you have been
single for a while and now want to meet "the one" a
longer coaching programme is likely to be beneficial.
If you
want self-esteem and confidence to "knock em dead"
then an NLP
and hypnosis session might be perfect.
If
you are unsure of which coaching option to take a coach will
advise you based on your specific circumstances in the initial consultation
and tailor the coaching accordingly.
What
do we specifically offer?
We
offer anything from a single coaching session to programmes of coaching via
the telephone or face to face.
Typically
clients have coaching once a week or every other week over 3 - 6
months. Our coaches recommend committing to a series of coaching
sessions as the best way to ensure you meet your goals, are
supported over time and have the changes take root in your life. We
can tailor the coaching frequency to your individual
requirements and offer an entirely bespoke service to suit your
budget and lifestyle.
We also offer
targetted NLP and hypnosis sessions (usually after some initial
coaching has taken place).
Note - NLP and hypnosis will additionally be available to all
clients during coaching sessions.
